Why We Build

There is a person at the end of every system.

Somewhere in every federal customer's organization, a person sits down at a terminal and makes a decision based on what the system shows them. That person carries the consequences. Their name is on the order. Their family lives with the outcome.

The infrastructure that person uses cannot be a black box. It cannot be something that sometimes confidently invents answers. It cannot route their inputs through a vendor's cloud where the data they touched is now training material for a model the next customer will buy. It cannot make a decision on their behalf and call it AI assistance.

Every Sparked Technology deployment runs on the customer's own hardware, behind the customer's own firewall. No data leaves the operational boundary. No cloud round-trips. No vendor telemetry. The architecture makes data sovereignty structurally impossible to violate.

Federal Deployment History
We deploy NVIDIA Nemotron and other foundation models with established federal deployment history. Every model used in a federal context has been procured and operated by federal agencies before. We do not introduce unknown vendors into sovereign environments.

DLINE Constitutional Authority
Every consequential decision passes through DLINE before execution. A four-phase adversarial examination. A named human authority on every authorization. A tamper-evident audit log mapped to NIST 800-53, DoD Directive 3000.09, and EU AI Act Article 14. No autonomous override.

Sparked Technology Solutions Incorporated is veteran owned and pursuing SDVOSB certification. The discipline that runs the company comes from operational military experience and legal training. The first reference build serves a veteran service organization supporting more than 21,000 veterans.
