Sovereign intelligence layer functional and stable as a single sovereign unit for program needs. Currently undergoing rigorous training for specific role adaptations across federal and commercial mission profiles. Production ready in its current form for supported deployment scenarios.

Constitutional authority substrate functional and working. Four-phase adversarial examination operational. Tamper-evident audit log maps to NIST 800-53, DoD Directive 3000.09, and EU AI Act Article 14. Active gating on live MIMIC deployments and cross-capability handoffs.

Code and credential protection scanner approaching full capability. Current benchmarks: 5.8x F1 over TruffleHog, 3.3x over GitLeaks, 2,180+ validation tests. Remaining work covers final capability milestones, adversarial hardening, and integration with the DLINE-gated handoff protocol for cross-capability flows.

Twelve-phase physical security platform in early build. Progress is deliberately gated on SOVEREIGN completion and additional DLINE extensions required to support the cross-capability handoff requirements. The architecture is defined. The build sequence is sequenced for a reason.
