Every Sparked Technology capability runs on the same architectural substrate. MIMIC provides the intelligence. DLINE provides the constitutional authority. Capabilities communicate only through encrypted closed-unit handoffs that never leave the sovereign perimeter.
MIMIC AI is the sovereign intelligence layer that powers every Sparked Technology capability. The model comes to the data, never the other way around. MIMIC runs locally on customer hardware, behind the customer's firewall, with no cloud dependency and no telemetry.
DLINE is the constitutional authority substrate. Every consequential decision passes through a four-phase adversarial examination — Direct, Cross, Redirect, Recross — before execution. Every authorization is logged with cryptographic proof of the named human authority who approved it. The audit log is tamper-evident and maps directly to NIST 800-53, DoD Directive 3000.09, and EU AI Act Article 14.
Together, MIMIC and DLINE form the substrate beneath every other capability. They are the reason the rest of the stack can claim sovereignty in the first place.
Capabilities do not communicate through public APIs, external message buses, or vendor cloud services. Every information handoff between SOVEREIGN, SENTINEL, the Intelligent System layer, sparked.Solutions, and Rapid Prototyping infrastructure passes through a DLINE-gated, encrypted, auditable channel that exists entirely inside the sovereign perimeter.
This means a finding in SOVEREIGN can inform a SENTINEL threat assessment, and a SENTINEL alert can trigger a DLINE authorization workflow, and an Intelligent System query can pull cited context from any of them — all without a single byte of customer data crossing an organizational boundary.
The sovereign perimeter is the architecture. Cross-capability flows are designed and currently in active integration. The encrypted closed-unit channel is the mechanism. Customers retain full chain-of-custody on every piece of information at every step.
A complete view of every capability is on the Capabilities page. Live progress and dependency relationships are on the Roadmap.
